Jessica Allogo is a Gabon-born entrepreneur and a chemical engineer with a decade of experience in the oil sector in Gabon and Asia. Passionate about travel and gastronomy, Jessica decided to hang up her engineering apron at Total to put on that of a gourmet entrepreneur. In 2016, she founded a line of gourmet jams, based in Gabon: Les Petits Pots de l’Ogooué. A delicatessen brand that creates exceptional products from the African terroir which carry this cultural heritage with style and refinement.
Drawing on her experience in the oil sector, Jessica is committed through her company to defending the values of fair trade and sustainable development. This, in order to enhance the terroir and the local communities that develop it. Because good food is important and is part of her African cultural heritage, she thrives on sublimating local products and making exceptional jams.

Jessica draws her inspiration from her travel experiences, to create moments of escape. To do this, she selects precious ingredients from other horizons that will sublimate the fruits.
